PROJECT SUMMARY
The primary goal of the client, Shift Eco, was to have a faster, user friendly online store, with synchronized graphical elements. Besides few new pages, the client brief also clearly stated a separate home page for their in-house brand Re.thynk. The brand purpose is in its name itself- to ‘Shift’ to ‘Eco’ friendly products and the website had to convey that message. ‘ShiftEco’ sells ecofriendly, sustainable products through their online and offline store. Along with their own products, they also sell eco-friendly products of other brands and act as an aggregator for some.

The current website of Le Boucle was very basic and slow, with mediocre user interface and graphic design. The true value of the brand, which is selling premium vegan belts, was not being communicated well. Hence the client was looking for an upgraded website with enhanced user experience for its customers, better product and collection display andseparate stores for its D2C and B2B customers. The target market for Le Boucleis Europe and the new website should cater to the preferences and need of thataudience.
OUR SOLUTION
To begin with, Lemolite did a detailed study of the brand Le Boucle- its vision, brand value, competitors and target audience and decided to go for a completely new website. Using ecommerce store architect, wireframes and store structures were created and product and brand focused UI/UX design was incorporated. Few additional features like Mega menu, store locator, product filters, look book etc. was added, along with a customized Shopify store. All in all, the key theme of the website created by Lemolite.
RESULTS
The revamped website worked for the brand. Le Boucle customers were able to browse through products, collections and website easily and quickly. The brand value transpired through the graphic elements and UI and resulted in positive feedback and increased sales. For the in-house team, it was way easier to add new products and to sync them with Google and other such tools and overall easier to manage the whole website.
