The primary goal of the client, Shift Eco, was to have a faster, user friendly online store, with synchronized graphical elements. Besides few new pages, the client brief also clearly stated a separate home page for their in-house brand Re.thynk. The brand purpose is in its name itself- to ‘Shift’ to ‘Eco’ friendly products and the website had to convey that message. ‘ShiftEco’ sells ecofriendly, sustainable products through their online and offline store. Along with their own products, they also sell eco-friendly products of other brands and act as an aggregator for some.

OUR SOLUTION
After a thorough understanding of client brief, Lemolite decided to restructure the website completely and start from beginning. The team did market analysis of the brand and its competitors and accordingly deployed an ecommerce store architect, to create new wireframes and store structures. This was followed by UI/UX designing, with focus on the product range and the different brands being sold. A customized Shopify storefront, Mega Menu, product filters etc. was also developed. Being an ecommerce consultant, Lemolite also recommended having three separate headers and footers for the three different business types- the ecommerce store, the Re.thynk store and third for B2B collaborations.
RESULTS
The new website was a success. Customers were able to reach the products, they were looking for, easily, and this convenience drove up the sales. The website was also a hit amongst the marketers, as they were able to sync products with Google and other marketing tools easily. The seamless integrations and user interface yielded positive feedback from all stakeholders.
