  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Research potential clients, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate how Lemolite Technologies' services can meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualied leads.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.


  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in lead generation or sales, preferably in IT sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prociency in CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel and Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related eld is preferred.
